The “growth” we value means challenging ourselves to do things we cannot do now, things we have never done before, and becoming capable of doing them.
Everyone has expanded their capabilities through repeated cycles of challenge, failure, and success. There is no growth without challenge, and failure is an essential first step toward it.

However, in modern society, the internet is flooded with “correct answers,” making it easy to find solutions. While this convenience is undeniable, the willingness to take risks without fear of failure is fading. We even see a trend of dismissing those who dare to challenge themselves. We believe that This prevents true growth.

Remember: A newborn child falls countless times, crying and trying again, until they finally learn to walk. It is only because of the family supporting them, encouraging them step by step, that the child grows. Failure comes from taking risks, and taking risks comes from desiring growth.
