Through submitted documents and interviews, we assess each applicant's purpose for enrollment and Japanese language proficiency. We conduct a selection process that carefully considers each student's future.

Letter of Acceptance
Successful applicants will receive an official letter of admission. Details regarding enrollment procedures and future preparations will be provided at the same time.

Visa Application and Preparations for Travel to Japan
We will apply for a visa based on your admission letter and proceed with preparations for your arrival in Japan. We provide support to ensure a smooth transition, including assistance with daily life and housing arrangements.

Entrance Ceremony and Orientation
We will attend the entrance ceremony with our new classmates. After confirming school life and study methods during orientation, our study abroad journey begins.

入学・出願について
- 入学時期はいつですか？
- 蒼国際学院では、4月と10月に入学が可能です。募集定員に限りがありますので、出願はお早めにご準備ください。
- 出願に必要な書類は何ですか？
- 主な書類は、入学願書、最終学歴証明書、パスポート写し、写真、経費支弁に関する書類などです。国籍や状況によって異なる場合がありますので、詳細はお問い合わせください。
学費・生活について
- 学費はいくらですか？
- 学費には入学金、授業料、教材費、施設費などが含まれます。年度ごとの詳細は「コース・カリキュラム」ページをご覧ください。
- 学費の分割払いはできますか？
- 原則として一括払いですが、特別な事情がある場合はご相談ください。
- 学生寮はありますか？
- 提携している学生寮やアパートをご案内できます。入居の手続きもサポートいたします。詳細は「学院生活」ページをご覧ください。
学習・サポートについて
- 授業はどのように行われますか？
- レベル別の少人数クラスで、日本語の「読む・書く・聞く・話す（会話・発表）」を総合的に学びます。発話の機会も多く、実践的な力を伸ばします。
- JLPTや進学試験の対策はしてもらえますか？
- はい。JLPT（日本語能力試験）や、進学に必要な面接練習・小論文指導も行っています。
- 日本での生活サポートはありますか？
- はい。区役所での手続き、銀行口座開設、携帯電話契約、病院への引率など、スタッフがサポートします。
